Associated Office
Doreen Liou serves as a Vice President at TCC in the Los Angeles market and is predominantly focused on industrial, transit-oriented developments and multifamily for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary.
In her role, Doreen is responsible for the full development life cycle including sourcing new opportunities, site analysis, debt and equity relationships, entitlements, design and execution management, leasing activities, and dispositions.
Prior to joining TCC, Doreen focused on identifying and mitigating capital project risks as a part of KPMG’s Major Projects Advisory group. Previously, she worked as a Civil Engineer with Maison WorleyParsons and as a Project Engineer with Bernards, a Los Angeles based General Contractor and Construction Manager.
