Associated Office
Jake Bates serves as a Senior Associate for TCC’s Boston office. In this role, Jake is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development opportunities for life science, industrial and multifamily projects throughout New England.
Jake joined TCC in 2023 after completing his MBA at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Prior to business school, Jake worked in both investment banking and corporate finance roles focusing on M&A transactions while serving as a financial consultant to his family’s commercial construction business. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
