Associated Office
Jared Riemer serves as Principal for Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California office in Newport Beach, focusing on industrial real estate in the Inland Empire, San Diego County and Las Vegas markets. In this capacity, Jared leads all aspects of the industrial development process, including market analysis, land sourcing and acquisition, financial analysis, due diligence, capitalization, leasing, and disposition. As the lead on industrial leasing, Jared has helped secure 5.8 MSF of leases, including pre-leasing 4.59 MSF of speculative construction.
Prior to joining TCC, Jared served as the Vice President of Development for the West Region of Crow Holdings Industrial where he was responsible for the land acquisition, capitalization, entitlement, design, construction, leasing, and disposition of various industrial assets throughout California. He joined Crow Holdings Industrial while completing his MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was a Gloria Appel Fellow and graduated with honors. Prior to business school, Jared acquired and developed residential properties at Westbrook Partners, Holland Partner Group, and Urban Village Development Company.
