Jason Marshalla serves as a Senior Development Manager for TCC’s Northern California office in San Francisco responsible for development management and vertical construction for the market’s existing project portfolio and project pursuits in the Northern California Region.
Prior to joining TCC, Jason served as a Senior Project Manager for Embarcadero Capital Partners where he was responsible for entitlement, design, construction, and operations for investment properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jason also spent seven years in project management with Devcon Construction before venturing into real estate development. He has detailed experience in a variety of project types including complete, ground-up buildings; shell & structural modifications / retrofits; core MEP system upgrades; and interior market-ready plus TI build-outs.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California.
Jason is a SF Bay Area native and he lives in the peninsula with his wife, two daughters, and two rescue dogs. He is an avid sports fan, a food enthusiast, plays golf and basketball, and likes to take on many home and yard improvement projects.
