Kevin Sims is a Consultant Director for TCC. In this role, Kevin leads and oversees the technical appraisal, procurement, and delivery of industrial projects in the UK. Kevin is a seasoned leader in the construction industry having been a quantity surveyor and project manager for over 45 years. Kevin has worked in the industrial sector for 25 years and has experience from feasibility stage through to occupation and for developers and occupiers with complex levels of fit out. Projects have ranged from micro through to major developments being delivered over several years with continuously evolving ESG demands and challenges.
Kevin supports the UK development, investment and planning teams advising at the very earliest stages on viability models for project pursuits and strategic land opportunities. Formerly, Kevin was a founder director of KAM Project consultants which grew to become a 90 strong PM/QS business across six offices. Prior to that, Kevin was a member of the management Board of international PM/QS business Davis Langdon.
