Lindsay Lechner serves as Vice President of TCC’s Capital Markets Group. In this role, she is responsible for identifying, structuring, and securing equity capital across all TCC development projects in the U.S. Lechner previously was responsible for sourcing and execution of multifamily and senior housing development in the Northeast U.S.
Prior to joining TCC, Lechner held various roles at PNC Financial Services, most recently where she was responsible for developing the firm’s capital strategy and deployment, share repurchase program, and liquidity plan. She began her career as a quantitative risk analyst for fixed income products at Goldman Sachs.
