Marc Daiß is Director, Business Development for TCC. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, budgeting and underwriting of new development projects as well as overseeing projects from acquisition and concept stages, through design development to exit.
Marc has nearly 10 years of experience working on large-scale development and construction projects in Germany. He has an in-depth comprehension of end-to-end real estate development, particularly relating to logistics.
