Matt Jones is Development Director for TCC in the UK. In this role, Matt is tasked with identifying and securing commercial development sites, demonstrating viability and target returns for investment partners and managing the professional teams to deliver. His role also includes the downstream marketing of either speculative or pre-let / pre-sale opportunities to occupiers working with his established network of brokers and consultants.
Matt has over eight years of agency experience in the UK logistics sector. Prior to joining TCC, he held logistics agency roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, CBRE, and more recently at JLL as Director in the UK ‘Big Box’ logistics team. His extensive agency experience covers site acquisitions and disposals on behalf of landowners and developer, leasing of speculative and second hand logistics assets and pre-let design and builds for a variety of end users.
