Meris Ota serves a Senior Vice President with TCC, where she excels in shaping and delivering complex, large-scale projects, and is motivated by identifying and implementing synergistic real estate solutions to optimize project outcomes for investors and clients. She leads project teams throughout the entire development process, from initial analysis and due diligence, entitlements, consultant selection, design, and permitting, through construction and occupancy.
Throughout her career, Meris’ portfolio of work has included life science, office, residential and mixed-use development projects totaling approximately 15 million square feet. She was recognized by the San Francisco Business Journal as a '40 Under 40' honoree.
