Robert Kraatz has 28 years of managing, developing, overseeing all functions of assigned projects at pre-construction, construction and post construction. Currently serves as a Construction Manager with TCC. In this role, he manages the construction process from coordination with design professionals, contractors, and consultants through project close out for projects within the MidAtlantic office. Rob is currently managing the daily operations for the new surgical pavilion under construction at the Medstar Georgetown University Hospital.
