Associated Office
As Project Manager and Technical Development Manager at TCC, Roberto Ruiperez oversees logistics projects in Spain. Roberto has over ten years of experience working on large scale development design, construction, and management. Roberto is primarily responsible for plot analysis, evaluating the status and determining the necessary actions with associated costs and timing. He uncovers the potential of properties and repositions them in the real estate logistics market to achieve the highest returns possible. Roberto also manages the day-to-day activities required to see projects from acquisition and preliminary concepts through design coordination to final product stage.
Before joining TCC, Roberto worked as Senior Project Manager for BNP Paribas RE Spain, one of the most important RE consultancy companies in Europe. Prior to BNP, he was Project Manager at Dokei RE, a logistics consultancy boutique, coordinating the required resources to achieve the goals of quality, time and cost, and translating the real estate language into the finance language. He monitored the investment in real time and was in charge of its promotion, whilst anticipating any potential deviation. He collaborated with several logistics projects for both international and national investment companies, such as Merlin Properties, Logicor, Goodman, Blackstone, Invesco, VGP, Mapfre, and Inter Alia.
Outside of his professional life, Roberto enjoys competitive sports like padel, golf, and cycling.
