Associated Office
Travis Melvin is a Senior Associate with TCC’s MidAtlantic team. In this role, Travis works on all facets of the office’s multifamily developments. Travis is also actively involved in TCC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee, which is focused on creating programs and initiatives that support a more diverse and inclusive workforce, both within the firm and within real estate industry as a whole.
Travis previously worked as a Vice President at Hudson Advisors, managing loan sales and securitizations valued at over $25 billion. Before joining Hudson, Travis worked as a Fixed Income Sales and Trading Analyst, and later an Investment Banking Analyst, at Well Fargo Securities, where he executed transactions worth over $4 billion.
Travis holds a master’s degree in management from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
