Will Lombard is a Senior Vice President with TCC’s Atlanta team. In this role, Will leads the industrial group in Atlanta and is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development and various investment opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta market.
Prior to joining TCC in August 2022, Will spent a decade at Majestic Realty Co., where he most recently served as Vice President of Development. In this role, Will was tasked with sourcing and executing Class A industrial development projects in several core southeast markets in the U.S. Prior to this, Will was a Leasing Associate with Seefried Properties.
