Woody Coley engages in the leadership of the Trammell Crow Company North Carolina Business with Josh Dix, Ben Schon and Tom Burr. He is focused on generating growth and profitability by establishing strategic and meaningful partnerships with landowners and acquiring strategic development sites across all institutional asset classes pursued by TCC and High Street Residential.
Woody has secured sites and advanced the development of 400H, a 20-story mixed use Tower in Downtown Raleigh, and Metro 63, a 755,996-square-foot logistics center outside of Charlotte. In addition, He has also led the successful advancement of the extensive Charlotte Pipe / Iron District relationship and has secured multiple parcels to develop an additional 2.3 million square feet of industrial space and over 700 residential units. In a development capacity, he engages in NC industrial, office, and retail place-making efforts.
Prior to re-opening the TCC Raleigh office in 2020, Woody was based in Orlando, Florida, where he served TCC for 27 years in numerous local and National roles including Market Leader, Senior Managing Director, and member of the 50-person National Operating Committee. Recognized for his broad industry relationships and creativity, Woody also bears the distinction of having played basketball under Dean Smith at UNC, where he was recognized with awards for his inspirational contribution to the team in both his freshman and senior years.
