Woody Coley shares leadership of the TCC's Raleigh office with Josh Dix. He is focused on generating growth and profitability across the industrial, life sciences, and office asset classes. Woody has secured sites and advanced development in progress at 400H, a 20-story mixed use Tower in Downtown Raleigh, and Metro 63, a 755,996-square-foot logistics center outside of Charlotte. He has also led negotiations for an additional 1.3 million square feet of industrial and over 700 residential units, which are under contract and in various stages of pre-development.
Prior to re-opening the TCC Raleigh office, Woody was based in Orlando, Florida, where he served TCC for 27 years in numerous local and National roles including Market Leader, Senior Managing Director, and member of the 50-person National Operating Committee. Recognized for his broad industry relationships and creativity, Woody also bears the distinction of having played basketball under Dean Smith at UNC, where he was recognized with awards for his inspirational contribution to the team in both his freshman and senior years.
