Located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Bryn Mawr, the Whitehall townhomes were conceived during the expansion of the Bryn Mawr Hospital campus to transition between the neighborhood of 1900’s vintage homes and the new hospital facilities. Traditional architectural details and natural materials are compatible with the surrounding homes. Mature trees were preserved and alley loaded, two-car garages minimize the impact of automobiles. Old-fashioned front porches and balconies overlook the tree-lined streetscape, forming a bridge between new neighbors and the existing community.

Twenty-eight luxurious townhomes in the heart of Bryn Mawr are within easy walking distance of unique shops, gourmet restaurants, the hospital, theater, colleges, health clubs, farmer’s market, summer concerts and convenient train transportation to Philadelphia. The spacious homes range up to 3,333 square feet with abundant windows, a cozy gas fireplace, built-in bookcases, signature millwork and extensive hardwood floors as well as dazzling island kitchens with custom cabinets, sumptuous master suites and lavish baths. Storage galore includes fitted master closets and huge finished storage rooms. The Townhomes provide low-maintenance living and a lock-and-leave lifestyle.
