Day of Impact

TCC’s Day of Impact is a bi-annual event dedicated to community service and engagement, where employees participate in various volunteer activities to support local organizations and initiatives. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility and aims to foster teamwork among employees while making a positive difference in the communities they serve. Through our Day of Impact, TCC enhances its connection with local communities and encourages a culture of giving back among its workforce. In 2024, our teams volunteered with 18 organizations across the U.S., U.K., and Europe, positively impacting thousands of lives in our local communities.
