Trammell Crow Company proudly announces Bill Mosher, Senior Managing Director of TCC’s Denver Business Unit, is a 2014 inductee into Colorado State University’s (CSU) Everitt Real Estate Center Hall of Fame. This esteemed honor is presented to established real estate executives and visionaries who have demonstrated a significant impact in their field. Bill accepted his award at CSU’s 2015 Finance and Real Estate Summit held on January 29, 2015 at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown.
“The Everitt Real Estate Center’s Real Estate Hall of Fame is a prestigious College of Business award given to real estate professionals who have demonstrated a lifetime of achievement and enormous impact in the field of real estate,” said Eric Holsapple, Chair of the CSU Real Estate Council. Factors considered are major projects, company growth, community service, lives impacted, and philanthropy. Previous recipients include Bob Everitt, Larry Kendall, and Dave Liniger. Bill Mosher was nominated and elected by a vote of the Everitt Real Estate Center Advisory Board.”

Bill serves as CEO of the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority and is an expert in the planning, developing and managing of urban real estate. A native of Denver, he has more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of urban real estate and is the board chair of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Denver Civic Ventures, past chair of ULI Colorado, and a member of the Colorado Forum.
The Everitt Real Estate Center created a Real Estate Hall of Fame to honor alumni and members who have realized extraordinary achievements in the field of Real Estate. The award is given annually and a plaque bearing the recipient’s name is placed in the lobby of Rockwell Hall.

The mission of the Everitt Real Estate Center is to produce and disseminate knowledge, to provide applied research solutions that address current and future real estate related needs of Northern Colorado, the Front Range of Colorado, and the West. The Center also aims to equip Colorado State University students, Center members, and the local community-at-large by developing real estate educational programs that supplement standard academic and industry training initiatives.
