Los Angeles, CA – Trammell Crow Company’s CleanTech Manufacturing Center (CTMC) has been named the 2015 Industrial Building of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Located in Downtown Los Angeles, CTMC features a three-building industrial campus comprised of 370,000 square feet of Class A warehouse and office space.

Located half a mile from Interstates 5 and 10 and the 60 Freeway, the 18-acre parcel was a former brownfield site. The project, which is LEED® Silver Certified, features 100% secured and gated facilities, 32 foot clear heights, 126 - 147 ft. concrete truck courts, 52 total dock high loading positions, 60 ft. speed bays, 359 parking spaces, T-5 warehouse lighting, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, and a highly sustainable Rainwater Harvesting water detention system. The project was designed by RGA Architects and constructed by Oltmans Construction.
