High Street Residential Sells The Kincaid at Legacy in Plano, Texas

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, along with its partner, Principal Real Estate Investors, announces the sale of The Kincaid at Legacy, Plano’s first luxury high-rise residential tower. Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation purchased the 25-story tower, which features 300 one-, two- and three-bedroom units that range in size from 677 to 4,500+ square feet. The Boston-based investor also purchased the adjoining Legacy Tower office building in 2016 from TCC. The Kincaid at Legacy sits near the corner of Legacy Drive with access and visibility from the Dallas North Tollway, in the heart of Legacy Town Center and was completed in late 2018.

“The Kincaid at Legacy was an exciting project to work on from the ground-up. The Kincaid at Legacy features more than 14,500 square feet of indoor amenity space, including a 2,383-square-foot fitness center, a resident lounge with a media screening room, a billiards room, an entertainment kitchen, conference rooms, a business center, Wi-Fi throughout the common areas, and a bike storage. Outdoor amenities include a resort style pool with sunbathing shelves, water features, fire pits and grilling areas, a seventh-floor amenity deck with a second resort style pool, and two large dog parks.
