HSR and Camden Property Trust Advance Durham, North Carolina Apartment Community Toward Construction
The 400-unit project will break ground this summer

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), today announced a strategic collaboration with Camden Property Trust (Camden) to advance a planned multifamily community on Hopson Road in Durham, North Carolina. The 400-unit multifamily community has been guided by HSR through key predevelopment milestones, including rezoning and site plan approvals with the City of Durham. Under Camden’s leadership, the project is expected to break ground later this summer.

Located on Hopson Road at the intersection with Keystone Park Drive, this 400-unit community will benefit from great access to major employment centers and regional transportation corridors, including Interstate 40 and I-540. Additional project details will be shared as the development advances toward construction.

HSR Raleigh is currently underway with The Henley, a 370-unit multifamily community in Apex. Located at 1213 Chapel Ridge Road, the garden-style project broke ground in early 2025 and is scheduled to deliver its first units in the fall of 2026. HSR Raleigh also recently delivered 400H, a 20-story, 365,000-square-foot mixed-use tower in downtown Raleigh. The project includes 150,000 square feet of Class A office space, 242 luxury apartments, which are 96% leased, and 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
