Katherine Lynch joins TCC Atlanta as VP

ATLANTA, GA – Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Katherine Lynch has joined the Company’s Atlanta Business Unit as Vice President. In her new role, she is responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing all aspects of TCC’s development and investment activity in the Atlanta region, with focus on office and mixed-use development opportunities. She will also oversee the design, capitalization, marketing and leasing, and overall asset management functions for the Company’s local projects.

“Katherine brings 13 years of commercial real estate experience as well as a tremendous amount of portfolio management and marketing knowledge to our team,” said Mark Dishaw, Principal and Business Unit leader of TCC’s Atlanta Business Unit. “She is a valuable addition to our team as we move some of our projects further into production in 2019.”

Lynch joins TCC from CBRE Atlanta, where she served as First Vice President specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. She was recognized early in her tenure with CBRE’s William H. McAdam Award for being the nation’s top performing first year producer. During her 10 years, she completed more than 475 transactions, in excess of 5 million square feet, representing $875 million in total lease volume. Lynch has completed significant lease transactions including: IHG, State Farm, Regions Bank, GE and WeWork. Prior to CBRE, she began her real estate career at Pope & Land Enterprises where she engaged in financial analysis, due diligence activities, investor relations and asset management duties for commercial land ventures.

Lynch is a licensed real estate broker, a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Atlanta Chapter, and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) candidate. She earned her master’s degree in finance from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Georgia.

TCC’s Atlanta Business Unit recently completed construction on a 750,000-square-foot Class A spec industrial building and is underway with Twelve24, a 334,000  square foot Class A office tower. In addition, the team has approximately 2.5 million square feet of industrial developments in pursuit and in the pipeline as well as 1.2 million square feet of office and mixed-use developments in pursuit.
