Construction Begins on 169K-Square-Foot Medical Pavilion at White Oak

Medical Pavilion in Silver Spring, MD Will be Delivered in Q1 2020 and Anchored by New Adventist Healthcare White Oak Medical Center
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and its partners, Seavest Healthcare Properties and Adventist HealthCare, announced that construction has started on the Medical Pavilion at White Oak. Located at 12090 Plum Orchard Drive, the seven-story building will be anchored by the new Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center, which opened on August 25th, and a hospital-affiliated oncology practice. The new Pavilion is slated to open in February 2020.
The Medical Pavilion at White Oak will have approximately 169,000 square feet of space that will be home to medical and radiological oncology services, in addition to a wide range of other medical specialists. The project will also offer multiple connections to the new hospital.

The Medical Pavilion at White Oak is a part of the emerging White Oak Science Gateway, a developing life sciences community of medical researchers, businesses and retailers, and Viva White Oak, a mixed-use development in Silver Spring.
