Megan Kranichfeld Named Market Leader for TCC Denver

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer and investor, has announced the appointment of Megan Kranichfeld to Market Leader of its Denver office. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of all new development and investment activity for TCC and High Street Residential (HSR), the firm’s residential subsidiary, throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. She will report to Cathy Thuringer, President, Western U.S., for TCC.

Megan joined TCC in the Fall of 2023 to lead industrial development efforts in Colorado, advancing the company’s key pursuit opportunities, which include speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects across the Front Range. Under Megan’s leadership, TCC Denver’s pipeline has grown to more than 2 million square feet of speculative pipeline, with nearly 4 million square feet of fee development in process.
