Trammell Crow Company Named NAIOP Developer of the Year

Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas/Fort Worth Business Unit has been named 2012 Developer of the Year by the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) North Texas Chapter.

DALLAS, TX – Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas/Fort Worth Business Unit has been named 2012 Developer of the Year by the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) North Texas Chapter.

"This award is reflective of all the tremendous work by our partners and we are grateful for the trust and support by the numerous stakeholders in our developments,” said Adam Saphier, President – Central Operations with Trammell Crow Company.

Trammell Crow Company was selected for the award by a five-person committee based on the Company’s commercial development and leasing success in 2012. The committee also considered the Company’s quality of products and services, ability to adapt to market conditions, reputation in the real estate and general business communities and involvement in NAIOP.

The Dallas/Fort Worth Business Unit had more than 2.8 million square feet of projects developed or under construction in 2012, spanning nearly every product type, including land, office, retail, industrial and multi-housing. Notable projects include I-20 Distribution Center II, MedAssets office build-to-suit, Ericsson office build-to-suit, Union at Carrollton Square Phase I and DFW Trade Centers VI, VII and IX at DFW International Airport.
