High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announced that it has signed a retail tenant at its newest residential property in the Greater St. Louis area. The Napoli Group will open its sixth location at The James in Kirkwood, Missouri, featuring its signature wood/coal-fired pizza. Napoli Kirkwood is slated to open during the fourth quarter of 2024.

“Kirkwood has been a long time coming for Napoli. We’ve been looking for years and waiting for the right opportunity and the perfect space, which we found at The James. We feel strongly that we will fit well into the community, and we look forward to serving Kirkwood residents for years to come,” shared Kye Pietoso of Napoli Group.

The restaurant, located at 436 N Kirkwood Road, will occupy the 4,684-square-foot ground-floor retail space and will also feature a 1,000-square-foot outdoor patio.

“We are excited to welcome Napoli to The James and to have the opportunity to bring a new dining concept to the incredible City of Kirkwood,” said Mary Boehmler with HSR. “This is a fantastic amenity for our residents and our neighbors, and we look forward to having Napoli in the community.”

The James, which opened in March 2024, includes a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, including a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments that have an added den. Amenities include a club room, a private dining area, a fitness club with a yoga studio, a guest suite available for tenants’ overnight visitors, a work-from-home center, a pet wash and pet exercise area, indoor bike storage, and an outdoor amenity terrace with a resort-style pool, grill stations, outdoor lawn games and firepit.
