Nickola Joins TCC as Associate Project Manager

Baranovskiy Promoted to Senior Project Coordinator

CHICAGO, IL –  Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Christopher Nickola has joined Trammell Crow Company’s Midwest Business Unit as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, he will assist in the management of the team’s office, industrial and multi-family projects in process throughout Chicago and the Midwest. In addition, Zoya Baranovskiy has been promoted to Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for project management support, financial reporting and overall office management.

Nickola previously served as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI, where he assisted undergraduate professors, taught and mentored students in various construction management classes and managed a construction machinery lab. Prior to that, he served as a Construction Management Intern at Ward Contracting and Building Restoration in Hodgkins, IL where he managed small construction projects, directed project subcontractors and managed budgets. He holds a Master’s of Science in Construction Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He received his undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University.

Baranovskiy joined TCC in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant.
