Fourth Phase of Olympus on Broadway Begins

Olympus on Broadway, which sits on 5.1 acres, will feature efficiency, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 474 to 1,540 square feet. In-unit amenities will include washer and dryers, custom cabinets, solid surface counters and nine- to 10-foot ceilings heights. Community amenities include a conference room, a business center, a resident lounge, an entertaining kitchen, a resort style pool lounge and pool area with sunbathing shelves, fire pits and grilling areas and four courtyards. Residents will also have access to a large and well-equipped fitness center, a dog park and a package room.
Olympus on Broadway provides residents with a unique walkable urban lifestyle in the heart of Downtown Carrollton Square, which is filled with a dynamic mix of energetic and eclectic restaurant and shopping destinations. The project is located off I-H 35E and adjacent to the Downtown Carrollton Green Line DART station, which currently provides residents a short commute to Uptown Dallas, the Dallas CBD, DFW Airport and the Las Colinas Urban Center. The DART services 93 miles of light rails with 64 light rail stations providing access to 13 cities.
The project architect is JHP Architecture. Andres Construction will serve as general contractor.
Construction financing is being provided by Comerica Bank and Southside Bank.
High Street Residential first began the Union at Carrollton project in 2011. Upon completion of the fourth phase, the development team will have delivered 1,046 units and nearly 20,000 square feet of commercial space.
