Premier Global Law Firm Signs Long Term Office Lease at Knox Street Development in Dallas

Paul Hastings LLP Brings the Under-Construction Office Tower to 100% Leased

The joint venture partnership of BDT & MSD Partners (“BDT & MSD”), Trammell Crow Company (“TCC”), The Retail Connection, and Highland Park Village Associates (“the JV”) today announced that premier global law firm Paul Hastings LLP has signed a long-term 37,000-square-foot pre-lease at its mixed-use Knox Street development. The 150,000-square-foot office building is now fully leased more than two years before its scheduled completion. Paul Hastings and anchor-tenant ISN Software Corporation are leading the occupancy at the building, which will deliver to these tenants in late 2026.

The boutique office tower at the Knox Street development will rise seven stories above two floors of retail and restaurant space, with a pedestrian-friendly retail paseo connecting Knox Street to the park and Katy Trail. Office amenities will include a fitness center with high-end locker rooms, a tenant lounge, and a café. The tower is part of the JV’s one-million-square-foot mixed-use development, which broke ground in late 2023 and will include The Knox Hotel & Residences, managed by Auberge Resorts Collection; a luxury multifamily building; more than 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space; and a half-acre park that is connected to the Katy Trail.

In addition to Paul Hastings and ISN Software Corporation, BDT & MSD will occupy space in the office tower.

The ownership group was represented by CBRE’s Trey Smith, Alexandra Cullins and Ben Davis, while Paul Hastings was represented by Clay Hammerstein, Harlan Davis, Ken Rapp, Morgan Griffith, and Phil Puckett, also of CBRE.
