Sant Ambroeus, the beloved Italian hospitality group known for delivering exceptional dining experiences, has selected the Knox Street neighborhood for its Dallas debut.

The Dallas location will join a portfolio of Sant Ambroeus restaurants, coffee bars, and gelaterias in coveted destinations including New York, Aspen, Palm Beach, Milan and Paris. The approximately 7,800 square foot restaurant will offer all-day dining and dedicated outdoor patio seating. The restaurant is the first restaurant tenant to be announced in the Knox Street development, a four-acre mixed-use luxury lifestyle development located adjacent to the Katy Trail. The development will be anchored by an Auberge Resorts Collection hotel and private residences, and also include a luxury multifamily residential building, a boutique office building, and dynamic new restaurant and retail offerings. Construction is expected to be completed in 2026 .

The Knox Street development will introduce more than 100,000 square feet of best-in-class local, national, and international retail and restaurants to the neighborhood, several of which will be first to market brands and operators.
