Stillman Wholesale Meat Co. Selects TCC's Crossroads for New HQ

Stillman Wholesale Meat Company has agreed to purchase a new 60,468-square-foot industrial facility, the fourth build-to-suit at TCC’s Crossroads.

DENVER, CO – Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces construction of its fourth build-to-suit at Crossroads Commerce Park (Crossroads). Stillman Wholesale Meat Company (Stillman) has agreed to purchase a new 60,468+/- square foot industrial facility that will be located along 52nd Avenue just west of Washington Street. This will be the first building on the Denver County side of the Park. Construction starts immediately and is expected to be completed second quarter of 2018.  
 
Stillman Wholesale Meat Company is a privately-held, family-owned distributor of fresh and frozen cuts of beef, chicken, pork, lamb and seafood, and has continuously operated in Denver for 44 years. The Company’s mission is to provide Colorado with fresh, high quality protein at super competitive prices and deliver in an efficient and friendly manner. “Stillman is very excited about this move and is poised for growth in this blossoming economy,” stated President Kay Stillman.

Crossroads continues to attract tenants and owner/users, with approximately 857,000 square feet in six buildings built at the Park. Additional space remains available for lease, as well as future phases on the south end of the park offering additional buildings on a build-to-suit basis for users for sale or lease. Most recently, Crossroads has been recognized as the 2017 Infill Project of the Year by the Urban Land Institute’s Colorado Chapter, as well as the 2016 Industrial Development of the Year by the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
 
Murray & Stafford are the general contractor and Ware Malcomb is the architect for the building. Colorado Business Bank provided financing for the project. The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Mike Wafer, Tim D’Angelo, and Mike Wafer Jr. represented both the buyer and seller as transaction brokers in the transaction and handles the leasing and marketing for Crossroads.
