TCC and MetLife Investment Management Deliver 2.3M SF of Warehouse Space Near Savannah, Georgia

A joint venture among Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, and clients advised by MetLife Investment Management have completed construction on the first phase of Coastal Trade Center in Rincon, Georgia, approximately 14 miles from the Port of Savannah. Phase one features three Class-A, speculative, cross-dock warehouse buildings totaling 2,329,600 square feet. All three are being marketed for lease by JLL.
The largest of the three warehouses is Building 3, which measures approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. The second largest, Building 4, measures 640,640 sq. ft. while Building 5 measures 473,760 sq. ft. All three buildings are divisible and feature 40-foot clear heights, 56-foot by 50-foot column spacing, 185-foot truck courts, trailer storage space, car parking, ample electrical service, and an ESFR fire protection system. Each building also includes fully air-conditioned speculative interior office areas.
