TCC Announces 2024 Leadership Promotions for U.S. Business

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global real estate developer, is pleased to announce the following leadership promotions, effective January 1, 2024:

Brendon Dedekind, Principal and Market Leader, TCC Orlando

Brendon Dedekind from TCC Orlando has been named a Principal of the firm. Brendon joined TCC in 2021 to open a TCC office in Central Florida and has since been focused on building the team and sourcing deals.

Since joining the firm, Brendon has focused on building out the local team and building relationships with local constituents to partner on TCC’s development projects in the market, including a two-building, 300,000-SF industrial development in Gibsonton, Florida that is under construction in partnership with STAG Industrial. Brendon recruited industry veterans Mark Rieker and Elliott Farmer to his team.

Brendon has demonstrated his strong work ethic, resilience, recruiting talents, and his ability to source and shape deals for TCC, launching the firm’s business in Central Florida.

John Pollock, Principal, TCC Philadelphia

John Pollock from TCC Philadelphia has been named a Principal of the firm. John joined TCC as a Senior Associate in 2017 and has since made numerous contributions to the firm’s industrial portfolio across the Northeast.

Armed with a superior work ethic, John’s sharp intellect and attention to detail are just of a few of the indispensable qualities he has brought to the team, having been pivotal to the success of the Philadelphia office in recent years.

During his tenure with TCC, John has contributed to the development of more than 4 million square feet of industrial projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including the Arsenal Trade Center, a three-building, 1.1M-SF development in Sayreville, New Jersey; Innovation Park, a two-building, 575,000-SF development in East Windsor, NJ; Springbrooke Trade Center, a two-building, 480,000-SF project in Aston, Pennsylvania; Valley View Trade Center, a 1M-SF development in Scranton, Pennsylvania; and the Humbolt East trade Center, a 440,000-SF project in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
