In 2022, Scott moved to Georgia to launch HSR’s development business throughout the state. Since relocating, he has sourced and led to completion the development of The Grace Residences, a 280-unit multifamily tower in Atlanta. Throughout Scott’s entire TCC career, he has been involved with the development of over 5,500 residential units.
