TCC Announces 2026 Principal Promotions for U.S. Business

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer and investor, is pleased to announce the following promotions, effective January 1, 2026:

Managing Director
Johnny Carlson (TCC Midwest) has been promoted to Managing Director. He joined TCC in 2012 and is responsible for development and acquisition activities throughout Chicago and Minneapolis, and the Upper Midwest, including sourcing new opportunities, developing capital relationships, and helping to manage the company’s entitlement, development, and repositioning strategies. Johnny's leadership of the multifamily and office/life science projects in the region has consistently driven significant revenue to the company and our Midwest office.

Managing Director
Chris Rodriguez (TCC MidAtlantic) has been promoted to Managing Director. Chris joined the firm as a Senior Associate in 2015 and most recently served as a Principal since 2022. As the leader of the industrial development team, he has sourced 10 industrial and data center deals with a total development cost exceeding $1.1 billion, and has played a leading role in the predevelopment, construction, lease-up, and monetization of 12 other successful projects across the region.

Principal
Michael Adamo (TCC Northeast) has been promoted to Principal of the firm’s Northeast market. Michael joined TCC’s Northeast team as a Senior Vice President in January 2023 to launch the High Street Residential (HSR) multifamily development business in the New York City Metro market. He is responsible for sourcing, entitling and capitalizing TCC’s first ever New York City principal development project, The Marq, SoHo NY, and commencing construction on The Thorndale, a 175-unit project in Darien, CT. He has assembled a high-performing team of development managers and deal makers and is building a robust pipeline of deals with significant future revenue potential for the company.
