Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces that three people have been promoted within the firm’s Dallas-Ft. Worth Business Unit: Scott Kirchhoff, Conner Best and Mallory Mullen.

“Each individual has broadened their knowledge of our business and assumed greater roles to reliably support the Dallas team,” said Scott Krikorian, Senior Managing Director of TCC’s DFW Business Unit. “Their attention to detail and work ethic is part of why TCC continues to deliver outstanding results to our partners and customers.”
 
Receiving promotions are:
  • Scott Kirchhoff – Vice President, formerly Senior Associate
    Scott currently oversees the origination, underwriting, financing, joint venture structuring, asset management, and execution of multi-family investments in Texas. Recent projects in process, under development, or completed exceed over 2,850 units and $650 million in project costs. Scott is a member of Dallas CASA and The Real Estate Council.
  • Conner Best Development Manager, formerly Associate Project Manager
    Conner manages the building design and construction related activities for the firm’s development projects. His attention to detail, work ethic and positive attitude will continue to benefit his personal development and sustain him as an important member of our team. Conner is a member of the Dallas Chapters of NAIOP and The Real Estate Council.
  • Mallory Mullen Project Coordinator, formerly Client Services Coordinator
    Mallory is an integral part of the Development team through her coordination of all marketing, administrative and event needs. She juggles tasks between all product types and continues to provide excellent service with a positive attitude. Mallory is a member of The Real Estate Council.
