TCC Announces Strategic Senior Leadership Changes for U.S. Business

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global real estate developer, announced the following senior-level organizational changes within the U.S. business, effective May 1, 2024:

• Cathy Thuringer, who has been serving as the Market Leader for Phoenix and as a member of the TCC Executive Committee, has been promoted to President, West. She will have oversight of our offices in Denver, NorCal, Phoenix, Portland, Seattle and SoCal.
• Adam Nims has assumed the role of President, East. He will oversee our markets in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Florida, MidAtlantic and the Northeast.
• Adam Saphier has been appointed President, Texas, with responsibility for our local operations throughout the state, including Austin, Dallas and Houston.
