TCC Breaks Ground on Infill Flex/Warehouse Project in Rockville, Maryland

Trammell Crow Company ("TCC"), a leading commercial real estate developer, has broken ground on a 94,578-square-foot flex warehouse project in Rockville, Maryland. Located at 7500 Standish Place on 5.63 acres, the development will replace a vacant office building. Delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

TCC purchased the property in June and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Designed by MGMA Architecture & Design, the single-story flex warehouse will feature a 32-foot clear height, a 130-foot truck court, and a top-of-the-line heating and ventilation system. McCloud Builders will serve as the general contractor. JLL will lease and market the project.
