Freeman Audio Visual Brings Building III to 70 Percent OccupancyDALLAS, TX –
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and joint venture partner, Clarion Partners, announce that Freeman Audio Visual, a leader in AV solutions, including audio visual equipment rental, services, lighting and event production, has signed a long-term lease for 202,137 square feet at I-30 Business Center III. The building, currently under construction in Pinnacle Park in Dallas, is in proximity to I-30 and Loop 12. The firm will consolidate in the building in January 2017. The transaction brings the 292,250-square-foot building to 70 percent occupancy upon delivery.

I-30 Building III has a similar design as the first two buildings in the I-30 development, completed in May 2008, with a cross-dock configuration, 32-foot clear height and the design flexibility to provide multi-tenant occupancy. The building has immediate access to the I-30 frontage road, providing the best site ingress/egress in the market. The strong highway visibility also provides excellent signage opportunities, with more than 60,000 cars passing the building daily.
