TCC Hires Ryan Payne as SVP in Northern California

The Northern California office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global commercial real estate developer, has hired Ryan Payne as Senior Vice President. In this role, Ryan will be responsible for the sourcing and execution of development opportunities in the office and life science product sectors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

He joins us with 17 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry in our market, having developed deep relationships throughout the Bay Area with a sterling reputation,” said Adam Voelker, Principal with TCC San Francisco. “Ryan’s expertise will be an immediate value to the life science and office projects already in our pipeline and we will leverage that into continued creative opportunities for our business.”

Ryan previously served as Principal at Four Corners Properties, where he was responsible for sourcing and managing new investments including over 500,000 SF of life science development. Prior to Four Corners Properties, he assisted in managing and investing over $2.5 billion of real estate assets for Stanford Management Company. Ryan has also held positions with Westbrook Partners and JLL, where he was a Tenant Representation Specialist.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California Davis and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a licensed real estate salesperson in California, and is also member of the Urban Land Institute.
