TCC Hires SVP to Focus on Growing High Street Residential Business in Southern California

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global commercial real estate developer, is expanding its Southern California team with the hiring of Brett Montgomery as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Brett will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new development opportunities for High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary. Based in San Diego, Brett will work across the San Diego, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets alongside TCC’s Chris Tipre, Gus Avarello, and Mike Annunziata.

Brett joins TCC from Alliance Residential, where he was the director of development for the past five years. With Alliance, Brett sourced development opportunities with closed-land valuations of over $87M and acquired, entitled, permitted, capitalized, constructed and/or disposed of nearly 4,000 multifamily units throughout Southern California. He previously held roles with Fairfield Residential and The Conam Group of Companies.
Brett earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
