TCC Hires Senior Vice President to Grow High Street Residential Business in Florida

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading real estate developer, is expanding its team in Florida with the hiring of Brandon Hueber as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Brandon will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing new residential development opportunities in Florida for High Street Residential (HSR), TCC’s residential subsidiary. He will be based in Orlando and will report to Brendon Dedekind, principal and market leader for TCC Florida.

Brandon joins HSR from Crosland Southeast, where he founded the company’s Florida multifamily development platform and participated in the hiring of key team members. He grew the company’s Florida pipeline while overseeing all phases of development, including sourcing, underwriting, entitlement, design and permitting, capitalization, project management, asset management, lease-up, and disposition. Before becoming a developer, Brandon spent nearly a decade working in commercial real estate law, first at Lowndes and then at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He also previously worked for the federal government in Washington D.C.

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.
