TCC MidAtlantic Hires Tommy Mann as Senior Vice President in Charlotte, North Carolina

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, is expanding its MidAtlantic team in Charlotte, North Carolina, with the hiring of Tommy Mann as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Tommy will be responsible for the development and completion of large-scale mixed-use projects, including the Iron District, a large-scale mixed-use development located at the confluence of Charlotte’s Uptown and South End neighborhoods across from Bank of America Stadium. He will report to Campbell Smith, TCC’s MidAtlantic Market Leader.

Tommy joins TCC from ATCO Properties & Management, where he served as Vice President and led the development of Camp North End, a 76-acre, 3 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Charlotte, beginning in 2017. Prior to his time at ATCO, Tommy was Director of Development at both Kettler and Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRT), where he oversaw notable mixed-use projects such as The Gantry in Washington, DC, and Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, Maryland.

Tommy earned a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
