TCC Named #1 U.S. Commercial Developer for 11th Consecutive Year

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global real estate developer, has been named the #1 development firm in the United States. The Dallas-based firm topped Commercial Property Executive’s (CPE) 2024 list of U.S. development firms for the 11th year in a row. High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, ranked #3 – rising one spot from 2023 – on Multi-Housing News’ (MHN) 2024 list of top multifamily development firms.

From 2021 through 2023, TCC delivered nearly 64 million square feet of development projects in sectors including office, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, and health care, which includes life sciences. TCC currently has more than 48 million square feet of new projects under construction.

High Street Residential delivered 6,523 multifamily units between 2021 and 2023, with 12,083 units currently under construction in key markets across the U.S., including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Phoenix, and Seattle.
