Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has once again been named the #1 development firm in the United States. The firm topped Commercial Property Executive’s (CPE) 2025 list of U.S. development firms for the 12th year in a row. High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, ranked #4 on Multi-Housing News’ (MHN) 2025 list of top multifamily development firms.
From 2022 through 2024, TCC delivered just over 56 million square feet of development projects, valued at over $18 billion, predominately in the office and industrial sectors. TCC currently has more than 53 million square feet of new projects under construction.
High Street Residential delivered 8,540 multifamily units between 2022 and 2024. Another 9,787 units are currently under construction in key markets across the U.S., including Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Seattle.
