Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has acquired 10 acres of land and plans to develop it into New Tampa Commerce Center, a 136,714-square-foot speculative warehouse in Thonotosassa, Florida, approximately 14 miles northeast of Tampa. The single-story, shallow-bay project is scheduled for delivery in January 2027.

Located at 9447 Fowler Ave., New Tampa Commerce Center will feature a 32-foot clear height, shallow bay warehouse with ample power and car parking, and immediate access to U.S. Highway 301 and Interstate 75. The project has been designed by C4 Architecture and will be constructed by FCL Builders. TCC closed on the site in February 2026.
