TCC Promotes Aaron Thielhorn to Houston Market Leader

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global real estate developer, has promoted Aaron Thielhorn to Market Leader for TCC’s Houston office, which develops throughout the Greater Houston market. In this role, Aaron will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and the strategic oversight of all new development and investment activity in the region. He will assume the Market Leader responsibilities from Jim Casey, who will retire from the business in May, after spending 37 successful years with TCC in Houston.

Throughout his 25-year tenure with TCC, Aaron has led the development of many very successful office projects in Houston, including Hess Tower and Energy Centers One through Five, and partnered with the TCC Austin team to deliver similar large downtown projects, including Indeed Tower, 500 West Second Street, and 601 West Second Street. He has been responsible for TCC teams in the execution of more than 7.9 million square feet of office and mixed-use development projects with a total capitalized value of $2.8 billion. Aaron is a past president of the NAIOP Houston chapter, a member of multiple University of Texas Councils, and active in other local industry and charitable organizations.
