TCC Signs More Than 355k SF in Leases at Rankin 45 Distribution Center in Houston

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global commercial real estate developer, and JV partner Clarion Partners, LLC have fully leased Rankin 45 Distribution Center in Houston, Texas to two tenants, totaling 355,686 square feet. UMOJA Supply Chain Solutions signed a 176,152-square-foot lease and Sungrow USA Corporation signed a 179,534-square-foot lease in the building.

Located at 13800 North Freeway, Rankin 45 Distribution Center is less than two miles from Houston’s Beltway 8 and spans 22.5 acres within the North Houston Industrial submarket.

Designed by Powers Brown Architecture and constructed by A&F General Contractors, the Class A cross-dock industrial building features a 32’ clear height, 52’ column spacing, an ESFR sprinkler system, 259 parking spaces, 23 trailer parking spaces, 60’ speed bays, and four drive-up ramps.
