Trammell Crow Company Announces Plans for Home Depot Build-To-Suit Facility in Stockton, California

Home Depot’s 655,200-Square-Foot Facility is located at the Port of Stockton

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global real estate developer and JV partner Realty Income Corporation, has broken ground on a 655,200-square-foot building that is being developed for The Home Depot in Stockton, California. Located at 320 McCloy Ave., the industrial facility is expected to deliver in 2026.

“This has been a multi-year team effort in partnership with Home Depot, Port of Stockton, Realty Income Corporation, and Trammell Crow Company. We are thrilled to have started construction on this project, an important milestone in delivering a state-of-the-art industrial building for Home Depot to the local market,” said Will Parker, Principal with TCC in San Francisco. “Home Depot’s new facility is designed to handle bulk and oversized deliveries and is strategically located close to Interstate 5 with connectivity throughout the region.”

MacGregor Associates is the architect of record for the project, and Arch-Con Corporation is the general contractor. Tyson Vallenari of Cushman & Wakefield and Tom Davis of CBRE represented the Port of Stockton and Trammell Crow Company, respectively, in the ground lease.
