TCC Tops Out Construction of Sprouts Farmers Market Headquarters in Phoenix

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer and one of the most active developers in Metro Phoenix, has announced the successful topping out of Sprouts Farmers Market’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix. The campus includes a 145,000-square-foot Class-A office building, a 25,000-square-foot flagship grocery store, and 11,000 square feet of high-end retail space.

The topping-out ceremony, which took place in September, included the placement of the final beam, signifying the completion of structural work on the 7-acre development. Located within the City North development near 56th Street and Loop 101, the campus is designed to foster collaboration and employee well-being, featuring modern amenities like a rooftop deck, on-site fitness center, and culinary kitchens.

“Reaching this milestone is a testament to the exceptional teamwork and commitment from our entire project team,” said Collin Weisenburger, a Vice President with TCC in Phoenix.

Cullen Mahoney, a Principal with TCC in Phoenix, added, “We set an aggressive goal for the project schedule that was backed by a solid game plan – and we continue to execute against that plan and hit key milestones.”

TCC Phoenix has approximately 7.5 million square feet of projects underway across Metro Phoenix in multiple asset classes, including office/mixed-use, industrial, and multifamily, representing over $3 billion in development activity. Besides the Sprouts Farmers Market campus, TCC is also underway with the 1.1. million-square-foot West 101 Logistics Center, the 500,000-square-foot Sky Harbor Commerce Park, and the 356,000-square-foot Airport Center, all in Phoenix. Additionally, TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential, is developing a 419-unit multifamily community in Mesa, the 189-unit Shea Residences in Scottsdale, and another 215-unit multifamily project in Scottsdale, to name a few.
