Trammell Crow Company (TCC) is pleased to announce that Thomas Lee has re-joined the company as a Vice President within the firm’s Capital Markets Group. In this role, Lee will be responsible for company-wide coordination on capital raises for new deals, inter-company and external client communication, and sourcing new capital partners. He will be located in New York City, NY.

We are excited to bring his talents to the national level, where he can serve TCC’s developers and executives throughout the country as well as work with our existing capital partners and create relationships with new ones.”

Lee brings more than seven years of industry experience, most recently serving as a Manager at Boston Properties, where he sourced and managed direct value-add acquisitions and ground-up development opportunities in the New York and New Jersey region. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Associate with TCC’s Houston Business Unit where he assisted in the development of more than 2 million square feet for office projects Noble Energy Center II and Energy Center Three, Four and Five.

TCC’s centralized Capital Markets Group has a strong roster of strategic partnerships, including 28 institutional equity capital partners consisting of life insurance companies, private real estate equity funds, and investment advisors representing commingled funds and separate accounts. The team also collaborates with many leading debt sources including multi-national, national, regional and local commercial banks, life insurance companies and investment banks, including more than 20 active lender partnerships.

Lee holds both a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgetown University. He also plays an active role in the local community, serving as NAIOP New York City Chapter Treasurer, Executive Board Member and National Developing Leaders Forum Member.
